Cancellation policy: Because we are an appointment only salon, and do operate on a waiting list a credit card is required to book any appointments. In the case you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we do ask that you do so within 48 hours. Anything inside of that 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee. Anything within 24 hours will be charged the full price of the service Any no shows will be charged full price as well. Thank you so much for understanding.
